Chloé is hiring a Retail Merchandiser — Europe in Paris to lead assortment, allocation and merchandising strategies across European markets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute European assortment and allocation strategies to maximize sell-through, margin and regional relevance.
- Prepare demand forecasts, open‑to‑buy plans and replenishment strategies in coordination with buying, planning and supply‑chain teams.
- Monitor weekly and seasonal sales performance; produce KPI reports and translate data into corrective actions (price, promotion, allocation).
- Manage inventory optimisation across channels — store, e‑commerce and wholesale — to reduce stockouts and markdown exposure.
- Coordinate seasonal rollouts and in‑store floor plans with visual merchandising and retail operations to ensure brand consistency.
- Align pricing, promotional rhythm and product lifecycle decisions with commercial and marketing calendars.
- Liaise with cross‑functional stakeholders (buying, wholesale, operations, finance, marketing) to ensure on‑time delivery and market suitability.
- Represent merchandising insights in regional business reviews and present proposals to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Economics or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with proven ability to interpret sell‑through, margin and inventory metrics.
- Proven experience working with merchandising or planning processes in fashion or luxury retail, ideally across multiple European markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional European language skills are advantageous.

Minimum 3–5 years of merchandising, planning or commercial analysis experience within fashion, luxury or premium retail environments, with demonstrable exposure to European market dynamics and multi‑channel operations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Economics or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
