Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the press office in daily tasks including journalist outreach, appointment coordination and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and distribute press materials: press releases, lookbooks, product sheets and media kits.
  • Monitor and compile media coverage and clippings across print and digital outlets; produce regular reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with logistics and on-site support for press events, showrooms and product launches.
  • Maintain and update media lists, press contact databases and mailing lists with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Contribute to content drafting for pitches and press communications, ensuring tone and brand alignment.
  • Provide administrative support to the PR team, including expense tracking, scheduling and sample management.

Qualifications

  • Eligible for an internship placement (stage) under French internship regulations; currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Fashion Management or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high editorial quality and attention to tone.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
  • Discreet, professional demeanour and aptitude for working with high-profile media and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated interest in luxury fashion, contemporary design and cultural press.

Experience

Previous internship experience in PR, communications, or press relations is advantageous but not required; candidates should demonstrate relevant coursework, extracurricular projects or brief placements in media/PR environments.

Education

Current enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor's or master's programme in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Fashion Business or a related discipline.
