People Engagement Project Manager
Chloé in Paris seeks a People Engagement Project Manager to lead employee engagement programmes and internal communications for the brand.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design and operationalise company-wide employee engagement programs and campaigns to reinforce culture and retention.
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept to delivery, coordinating HR business partners, internal communications, retail and corporate teams.
- Develop and execute internal communications strategies tied to engagement initiatives, change programmes and employer branding.
- Define KPIs, measure programme impact through quantitative and qualitative analytics, and produce executive reporting and insights.
- Plan and manage events, workshops and townhalls; oversee vendor selection, budgets and logistics.
- Provide change-management support and training for managers to cascade engagement initiatives and ensure sustained adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience defining and tracking engagement KPIs and reporting to senior leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for diverse, international audiences.
Skills
Experience
3–6 years of progressive experience in HR project management, employee engagement, internal communications or organisational development, ideally within luxury retail, fashion or consumer goods. Demonstrated track record delivering cross‑functional initiatives and measurable engagement outcomes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or project-management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
