E-commerce Planner
Chloé — E‑commerce Planner in Paris. Contract role responsible for digital assortment, forecasting and inventory planning to maximise online sell‑through.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own digital assortment planning for Chloé’s e‑commerce channels: define assortment, manage SKU mix and lifecycle to maximize sell‑through.
- Produce short‑ and medium‑term sales forecasts and translate demand forecasts into inventory allocation and replenishment plans.
- Define and execute promotional and pricing calendars in coordination with marketing, CRM and wholesale teams.
- Monitor daily/weekly sales performance and inventory KPIs; identify gaps and implement corrective actions to protect margin and availability.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities with Buying/Merchandising, Supply Chain, Digital Product and Marketing to ensure timely product launches and stock flow.
- Maintain and optimize product data and tagging for online merchandising; liaise with e‑commerce operations to ensure feed accuracy.
- Support planning scenarios for new product introductions, regional allocations and marketplace sales channels.
- Prepare regular management reporting, post‑mortems on commercial initiatives and actionable insights to improve conversion and sell‑through.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial understanding of fashion product flows, margin management and sell‑through dynamics.
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated experience in forecasting, inventory planning and KPI interpretation.
- Ability to collaborate across merchandising, supply chain, marketing and digital teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple product launches and calendar constraints.
- High proficiency with spreadsheet modelling and reporting; comfortable manipulating large data sets.
- Fluency in structured planning processes and experience implementing corrective actions to optimize stock and sales.

Experience
Typically 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce planning, digital merchandising or retail planning, preferably within fashion or luxury goods.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising or a related discipline; advanced coursework in analytics or retail planning is advantageous.
