Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the accessories product and sales‑merchandising teams in daily operations across assortment, assortment roll‑outs and seasonal floor plans.
  • Assist with merchandising directives for wholesale and retail, ensuring brand presentation and visual standards are executed in stores and at wholesale accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain sales and inventory reports; analyse retail KPIs and contribute insights to assortment and replenishment decisions.
  • Coordinate sample and prototype flows between design, production and commercial teams; track sample status and maintain product databases.
  • Contribute to store-level merchandising plans, window concepts and POS material preparation in collaboration with visual merchandising.
  • Update product documentation, price lists, packing and labelling instructions and maintain accurate product files.
  • Support product launches by preparing presentation materials, line sheets and sell‑in packs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with operations and logistics to follow up on deliveries, stock allocations and open‑to‑buy constraints.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Fashion Business, Luxury Brand Management, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Strong commercial awareness of accessories categories (bags, small leather goods, jewellery or footwear) and retail lifecycle.
  • Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; competent with databases and comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise with cross‑functional international teams.

Experience

Internship-level: currently enrolled student with prior internship experience in fashion retail, merchandising, product or commercial teams preferred but not mandatory.

Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's programme in Fashion Business, Luxury Management, Merchandising, or equivalent.
