Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the leather goods sales merchandising team in daily commercial operations and season planning.
  • Prepare and maintain sell-through and inventory reports, analyse sales performance by SKU and suggest action points.
  • Monitor stock levels, sales forecasts and replenishment; liaise with Supply Chain and Wholesale teams to follow up on orders and allocations.
  • Contribute to assortment building and range recommendations for stores and wholesale clients under team guidance.
  • Prepare commercial tools and presentations (line sheets, price grids, sell-in materials) for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Collect and summarise feedback from boutiques and wholesale partners to inform in-season decisions and future collections.
  • Ensure accuracy of product data, codes and merchandising files; assist with sample management for presentations and client appointments.
  • Support ad hoc projects such as market analysis, competitor benchmarking and promotional activity coordination.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Fashion Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with an ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Good interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly with retail and wholesale partners.
  • Prior internship or work experience in retail, merchandising or accessories is an advantage.

Experience

Suitable for a candidate at internship level. Previous internship or work experience in retail merchandising, wholesale or accessory/product categories is desirable but not required.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (Fashion Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Business or equivalent).
