Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, refresh and maintain villas to the Maison’s exacting standards of cleanliness, presentation and comfort.
- Collaborate closely with Majordomes and the Housekeeping team to coordinate daily villa readiness and guest requests.
- Perform precise linen care, bed-making, wardrobe presentation and inventory checks to ensure immaculate presentation.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest preferences with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- Report and log maintenance or engineering issues promptly; liaise with relevant departments to expedite resolutions.
- Adhere to hygiene, health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with villa sanitation standards.
- Support turndown, minibar and replenishment procedures; manage villa supplies and basic stock control.
- Assist other departments during peak periods or special guest requirements, preserving consistency of service.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, resort or villa environment, with exposure to villa or suite operations.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written; additional languages an advantage.
- Demonstrable knowledge of housekeeping procedures, linen care and room preparation standards.
- Strong understanding of hygiene, safety and guest privacy protocols.
- Physically able to perform duties on a sustained basis and to work flexibly to meet service needs.

Experience
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel, resort or private villa setting, including direct exposure to villa or suite service operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality, housekeeping, or a related discipline preferred.
