Overview

Cheval Blanc is the hospitality maison of LVMH, operating a small portfolio of ultra-luxury hotels and villas distinguished by bespoke service, refined interiors and immersive guest experiences. Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high‑value commercial partnerships and contracts that reflect Cheval Blanc’s standards of luxury and service.
  • Design and price stay packages and partner offers in coordination with Sales, Marketing and Reservations to maximise revenue and brand positioning.
  • Manage VIP welcomes and partner visits, ensuring exceptional, bespoke hosting and seamless onsite experiences.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing to ensure coherent messaging, visuals and promotional materials across channels.
  • Support Reservations operationally and strategically, providing daily assistance and insight to optimise booking flow and conversion.
  • Contribute to events, partner trainings and internal knowledge‑sharing to disseminate the maison’s service culture and commercial best practices.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, prepare reporting and propose targeted action plans to achieve objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with Tour Operators and partners, maintaining profitable yield and long‑term relationships.

Qualifications

  • CAP, BAC or BTS in Hospitality/Catering or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience; prior experience in luxury hotel or resort environments strongly preferred.
  • Fluent spoken and written French and English; proficiency in a third language is an asset.
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pack Office) and Opera PMS.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen with experience managing partner accounts and package creation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, discretion, analytical thinking and adaptability; demonstrable service orientation and interpersonal tact.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within luxury hospitality or premium resorts, with hands‑on exposure to partnership management, package design and collaboration with Reservations and Marketing teams.

Education

CAP / BAC / BTS in Hospitality, Catering or equivalent vocational training
