Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct market monitoring and analysis to identify trends, demand drivers and partnership opportunities that align with the Maison’s positioning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators and commercial partners; ensure accuracy and brand consistency of partner-facing materials.
- Support the conception and organisation of commercial trips and on-site visits, coordinating logistics and participant experience.
- Contribute to partner communications and administrative tasks with rigour and attention to detail.
- Assist in social media management and content creation to support website updates and digital campaigns.
- Perform competitive intelligence (local and international) and propose actionable recommendations to enhance market positioning.
Qualifications
- CAP, Baccalauréat or BTS in Hospitality, Tourism or Food & Beverage-related studies.
- Fluent spoken and written French and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Pack Office) and experience with Opera property-management system.
- First exposure to luxury hospitality or high-end service environments is recommended.
- Excellent attention to detail, discretionary manner and strong interpersonal skills.

Entry-level / internship: candidates may be beginners; a prior internship or short experience in luxury hospitality or hotel sales is recommended but not mandatory.
Education
CAP/Baccalauréat/BTS in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or related discipline.
