Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks a Sales & Marketing Intern in Saint Barthélemy to support partnerships, market analysis and digital content.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market monitoring and analysis to identify trends, demand drivers and partnership opportunities that align with the Maison’s positioning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators and commercial partners; ensure accuracy and brand consistency of partner-facing materials.
  • Support the conception and organisation of commercial trips and on-site visits, coordinating logistics and participant experience.
  • Contribute to partner communications and administrative tasks with rigour and attention to detail.
  • Assist in social media management and content creation to support website updates and digital campaigns.
  • Perform competitive intelligence (local and international) and propose actionable recommendations to enhance market positioning.

Qualifications

  • CAP, Baccalauréat or BTS in Hospitality, Tourism or Food & Beverage-related studies.
  • Fluent spoken and written French and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Pack Office) and experience with Opera property-management system.
  • First exposure to luxury hospitality or high-end service environments is recommended.
  • Excellent attention to detail, discretionary manner and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience

Entry-level / internship: candidates may be beginners; a prior internship or short experience in luxury hospitality or hotel sales is recommended but not mandatory.

Education
