Reservations Agent
Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks a Reservations Agent in Saint Barthélemy to manage bespoke bookings and guest relations for the LVMH Maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming reservation requests by telephone, e-mail and fax, converting enquiries into confirmed, tailored stays.
- Design and propose personalised guest experiences in line with Cheval Blanc standards and LQA expectations.
- Operate the property management system (Opéra) to ensure accuracy of reservations, rooming, billing and reporting.
- Coordinate proactively with internal departments (front office, F&B, concierge, spa, housekeeping) to guarantee seamless delivery of guest itineraries.
- Maintain and update guest files and documentation, including Cardex, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Handle amendments, cancellations and guest follow‑up with tact, responsiveness and professionalism.
- Contribute to optimisation of room inventory and upsell opportunities while preserving the Maison’s service standards.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Hospitality Management, Business Management or equivalent.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); an additional language is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with luxury hotel operations or previous administrative experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome).
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Discretion, impeccable presentation and a guest‑focused, service‑oriented demeanour.

Entry-level. No senior experience required; first experience in administration or hospitality is an advantage.
Education
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field.
