Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Manager to identify and attract future talent for Cheval Blanc.
  • Engage in sourcing, posting job advertisements, and refining candidate selection through the ATS.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment of interns, apprentices, and employees, ensuring a distinctive candidate experience.
  • Organize recruitment events such as fairs and open days, and maintain partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Contribute to HR projects aimed at attracting and integrating personalities that will enhance Cheval Blanc's reputation.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools. Fluency in French, with proficiency in English being advantageous. Discretion, practical mindset, and adaptability. Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills. Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills. Autonomy and strong written and verbal communication skills. Passion for the hospitality industry. Ability to represent Cheval Blanc with a polished image and professional demeanor.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with minimal professional experience.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management.
