Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily arrivals and departures and maintain accurate occupancy and booking schedules.
- Process reservations received by telephone and email, ensuring responses within 24 hours.
- Prepare arrival documentation (registration cards, group folders) and ready rooms for guest check-in.
- Execute check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with Hotel Pitrizza standards, including billing and room release.
- Manage credit guarantee procedures (credit card authorizations, deposits) and enforce guest-safe protocols.
- Provide five‑star guest service and local information, resolving inquiries and guest requests promptly.
- Complete all administrative duties specified in the daily shift checklist.
- Work both day and night shifts as required by operational needs and participate cooperatively in the front office team.
Qualifications
- Previous front office experience in a hotel environment.
- Valid EU passport or work permit permitting employment in Italy.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a flexible, service-oriented attitude.
- Strong team spirit, curiosity and a demonstrable desire to learn and progress within luxury hospitality.
- Ability to follow established procedures for billing, credit authorization and guest safety.

Experience
Entry-level (Beginner) with previous Front Office experience preferred; candidates must demonstrate practical exposure to hotel check-in/check-out routines and guest service in a high‑end hospitality setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational diploma in hospitality/tourism or formal hotel training preferred.
