Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure unmatched excellence and impeccable quality standards for guests, aligning with Cheval Blanc Paris's sublime service standards.
- Actively implement, monitor, and update service procedures and standards to maintain excellence.
- Maintain dashboards with meticulous precision and analyze guest feedback from emails and social media.
- Assist in developing a Quality Action Plan with operational teams and the Training department under the guidance of the Director of Apartments & Quality.
- Support the General Housekeeper and their team in their duties, contributing to the perfection of details that define the brand.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Luxury Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
- Significant experience in a similar high-standard establishment.
