Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the resort's power plant and associated systems.
  • Collaborate with senior operators and engineering leadership to maintain continuity of operations and energy efficiency.
  • Adhere to safety standards and compliance regulations.
  • Support daily operations and respond effectively during critical moments.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of power plant equipment.

Qualifications

  • Technical qualification in electrical, mechanical, or power plant operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in power plant or utility operations within a resort, hotel, or similar facility.
  • Exposure to preventive maintenance and plant monitoring systems.

Skills

Strong knowledge of power plant equipment, generators, and auxiliary systems. Ability to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and accurate logging. Solid understanding of safety, fire, and life safety procedures. Disciplined, reliable, and safety conscious. Calm and methodical when responding to faults or emergencies. Collaborative and responsive within a team environment. Attentive to detail with a strong sense of responsibility.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in power plant or utility operations within a resort, hotel, or similar facility.

Education

Technical qualification in electrical, mechanical, or power plant operations.
