Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the quality of pastry and dessert offerings while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Perform preliminary preparation tasks essential for pastry creations.
  • Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the preparation and creation of pastries and desserts, applying culinary techniques.
  • Ensure service is conducted according to hotel rules and procedures, guaranteeing impeccable guest experiences.
  • Oversee the mise en place and distribution of dishes, ensuring meticulous presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workspaces and equipment in accordance with HACCP standards.
  • Participate in the receipt of goods, adhering to established protocols.

Qualifications

  • BEP/CAP in Pastry or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Desserts de Restaurant
  • Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred establishments

Experience

Entry-level experience in a similar luxury or Michelin-starred environment is required.

Education
