Cheval Blanc St‑Tropez is hiring a Head Waiter (Saint‑Tropez) to lead service and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, bespoke welcome and throughout-stay service to each guest, ensuring memorable experiences that uphold the Maison’s reputation for excellence.
  • Lead, coach and coordinate the service brigade to guarantee flawless execution of standards across all touchpoints from arrival to departure.
  • Collaborate closely with Reception, Concierge, Majordomes and Housekeeping teams to produce a seamless, tailor-made guest journey.
  • Oversee billing and front-of-house administrative procedures with rigour and attention to detail.
  • Anticipate guest needs, provide expert recommendations and apply Cheval Blanc quality standards consistently.
  • Contribute to service innovation and maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene and uniformity.

Qualifications

  • Higher education (Bac+4/5) in Hotel Management, Hospitality or Business.
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in a similar supervisory role within luxury hotel F&B or fine-dining service.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese is an advantage.
  • Proven leadership, discretion, excellent interpersonal skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel service or high‑end restaurant environments, with proven leadership of a service brigade and delivery of Michelin‑level standards.

Education

University degree (Bac+4/5) in Hotel Management, Hospitality or Business administration.
