Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the financial and operational efficiency of the establishment, participating in cross-functional projects to enhance processes and resource management.
  • Accurately manage and track supplier accounting.
  • Monitor revenue and perform bank reconciliations to ensure account reliability.
  • Conduct account reconciliation and balancing for monthly closures, adhering to financial standards.
  • Assist in stock management and inventory tracking within the Economat service.
  • Support the organization and tracking of financial documents and contracts.
  • Aid in cross-functional financial projects and analyses.
  • Contribute to the development of seasonal housing facilities, ensuring precision and adherence to standards.
  • Engage in ad-hoc financial service tasks, demonstrating proactivity and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
  • Familiarity with the luxury hospitality sector is advantageous.
  • Initial experience in administration, accounting, or hospitality is a plus.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools. Basic knowledge of general and analytical accounting. Ability to organize, prioritize, and process information with accuracy. Exemplary interpersonal skills and discretion.

Experience

Entry-level experience in administration, accounting, or hospitality is beneficial.

Education

Higher education in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
