Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the financial and operational efficiency of the establishment, participating in cross-functional projects to enhance processes and resource management.
- Accurately manage and track supplier accounting.
- Monitor revenue and perform bank reconciliations to ensure account reliability.
- Conduct account reconciliation and balancing for monthly closures, adhering to financial standards.
- Assist in stock management and inventory tracking within the Economat service.
- Support the organization and tracking of financial documents and contracts.
- Aid in cross-functional financial projects and analyses.
- Contribute to the development of seasonal housing facilities, ensuring precision and adherence to standards.
- Engage in ad-hoc financial service tasks, demonstrating proactivity and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
- Familiarity with the luxury hospitality sector is advantageous.
- Initial experience in administration, accounting, or hospitality is a plus.
