Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to embody the agility and commitment of the Maison.
- Support planning and organization to ensure operational fluidity.
- Participate in innovation and new projects, ensuring guest satisfaction and collecting valuable feedback.
- Provide operational support during services, observing performance and revenue for strategic insights.
Qualifications
- Training in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurants
- Strong understanding of gastronomy
- Proficiency in computer tools
Skills
Experience
Entry-level experience in hospitality or culinary arts, with a focus on luxury or Michelin-starred environments.
Education
Training in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
