Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks an Executive Housekeeper in Saint Barthélemy (Contract). Lead housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences.

Overview

Cheval Blanc St-Barth is a secluded luxury Maison within the Cheval Blanc collection, part of the LVMH group. Located on a premier St-Barthélemy beachfront, the property is renowned for highly personalised service and intimate, design-led hospitality that blends refined interiors with tropical surroundings.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate and schedule housekeeping teams for guest floors and public areas, ensuring flawless presentation of rooms, suites and villas.
  • Collaborate closely with Majordomes/butlers to deliver bespoke, anticipatory service and personalised guest experiences.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous quality-control standards through regular inspections, checklists and corrective actions.
  • Oversee room setup, turndown, refreshment standards and the upkeep of textile, linen and amenity inventories.
  • Manage and ensure the proper operation of in-room smart systems and communicate maintenance needs to engineering.
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, training and progressive delegation while promoting a culture of discretion and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) in Hospitality or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive housekeeping experience; preferably 5 years in rooms/floors roles within luxury hotels.
  • Proven knowledge of luxury hospitality housekeeping standards and guest service protocols.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera Property Management System.

Experience
