Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards and organize the service area according to the Maison's procedures.
- Participate in service delivery, providing expertise and maintaining Cheval Blanc standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with the kitchen, economat, cellar, and stewarding for seamless service.
- Promote the restaurants and dining events organized by the hotel and Cheval Blanc Maisons.
Qualifications
- BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
- Proficiency in English and a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within luxury hospitality or fine dining.
Education
BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
