Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a kitchen section, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Supervise and perform preliminary food preparation tasks, including peeling, cutting, and washing.
- Control the receipt and quality of goods, ensuring adherence to technical sheets and quality standards.
- Train and mentor commis and demi-chefs de partie, transmitting expertise and culinary skills.
- Coordinate with other sections and Chefs de Cuisine to ensure timely and precise dish delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station, adhering to HACCP standards.
Qualifications
- BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Cuisine or equivalent culinary qualification.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant environments.
- Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant.
Education
BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Cuisine or equivalent.
