Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant leadership in orchestrating refined and seamless operations.
- Shape memorable first and last impressions for guests, ensuring elegance and professionalism.
- Coordinate service with the culinary and Majordome teams, maintaining precision and attention to detail.
- Lead and cultivate performance, cohesion, and pride among Captains, Hostesses, and Servers.
- Balance guest satisfaction, team development, and commercial focus to enhance the Maison's success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management within a luxury or fine dining environment.
- Strong background in team leadership, training, and performance management.
- Experience overseeing budgets, revenue performance, and operational planning.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury or fine dining environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
