Accountant
Cheval Blanc Saint-Barth seeks an Accountant in Saint Barthélemy — AP/AR, bank reconciliations and income audit. Full-time position.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and/or accounts receivable from invoice receipt through to payment, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and deadlines.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and control of cash receipts; produce the daily revenue report and monitor cash collection processes.
- Execute monthly closing journal entries and contribute to management accounting and the preparation/review of monthly financial reporting.
- Conduct income audit activities and validate data from enterprise systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and propose process improvements to increase financial reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain administrative follow-up for insurance, taxes, expense claims and contracts, ensuring documentation is up to date and compliant.
Qualifications
- BTS in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' accounting experience in luxury hospitality or a starred restaurant environment.
- Solid knowledge of hotel or restaurant accounting processes including income audit and management accounting.
- Fluent French (oral and written); English language skills are an advantage.

Education
BTS Comptabilité (two-year technical diploma in accounting) or equivalent.
