Chaumet seeks a Sales Ambassador in Sydney to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and achieve boutique sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Maximise sales by identifying opportunities, cultivating prospects and converting leads into long‑term clients.
- Embody the Chaumet brand DNA in every client interaction and act as an ambassador for the maison.
- Deliver emotive storytelling and curated experiences that convey product heritage and cultural context.
- Execute clienteling activities: follow up on leads, manage a client portfolio and develop enduring relationships.
- Perform front‑of‑house after‑sales service activities and ensure client satisfaction post‑purchase.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, inventory participation (stock‑takes), security adherence and overall shop floor presentation.
- Collaborate closely with boutique management to propose and implement initiatives that enhance daily operations and sales performance.
- Support colleagues as a proactive team player and contribute to the completion of daily boutique duties and sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in high jewellery or timepieces.
- Proven track record in consultative and results‑driven selling within a boutique environment.
- Demonstrated clienteling expertise and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with flair, confidence and creativity in client presentation.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism and the ability to operate collaboratively within a team.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years of progressive sales experience in luxury retail; high jewellery and watch experience strongly preferred, with demonstrated success meeting and exceeding boutique sales targets.
Education
Secondary school completion or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality, fashion or a related discipline is desirable but not mandatory.
