Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales opportunities and develop potential clients through strategic selling.
- Embody Chaumet DNA and serve as a brand ambassador.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through storytelling and emotional engagement.
- Follow up on sales leads and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Maintain the boutique environment, ensuring displays are pristine and security procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in daily boutique operations.
- Perform after-sales service activities directly related to customers.
- Work with management to improve business operations and share innovative ideas.
- Achieve sales targets and enhance product awareness among customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sales Ambassador in luxury retail, preferably in high jewellery and timepieces.
- Proven track record in consultative selling.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Possess flair, confidence, creativity, and a passion for customer service.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethics.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in high jewellery and timepieces.
