Chaumet is a Parisian haute-joaillerie maison within the LVMH group, renowned for refined craftsmanship, creative jewellery houses and a presence on Place Vendôme. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Digital team within the Communications Directorate on the migration and ongoing operation (run) of chaumet.com.
- Track, report and follow up on technical bugs and ensure timely resolution with technical teams.
- Perform quality assurance (recette) on contributed web content and product pages to guarantee accuracy and visual consistency.
- Manage the product catalogue: coordinate product launch calendar with e‑commerce, write and edit product descriptions with Marketing & Content, and editorialise product pages.
- Coordinate translation workflows for site versions with market contacts and ensure multilingual content quality.
- Oversee optimisation of product imagery and lookbook (packshots and on‑model shots) with the Content team.
- Provide critical UX feedback and competitive intelligence to improve site experience and conversion.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) programme in business, digital, marketing or an equivalent university qualification as part of a work‑study/alternance contract.
- Excellent written French and strong English proficiency with impeccable spelling and grammar in both languages.
- Demonstrable curiosity for digital products and e‑commerce environments.
- High attention to detail, rigorous approach to content quality and editorial accuracy.
- Collaborative team player comfortable coordinating across e‑commerce, marketing and content teams.

Experience
Entry‑level / beginner. Suitable for students in a work‑study (alternance) programme with limited professional experience; internships or prior exposure to digital or e‑commerce projects are advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled Master’s level (Bac+4/5) in business, digital, marketing, communications or equivalent (work‑study/alternance contract).
