Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist boutique sales advisors in delivering an elevated client experience through attentive, discreet service and personalised clienteling.
  • Support day-to-day sales operations including POS transactions, gift-wrapping, returns processing and accurate cash handling.
  • Maintain boutique presentation: implement visual merchandising directives, refresh displays and ensure impeccable housekeeping of product and stock areas.
  • Manage inbound/outbound stock: receive deliveries, perform stock counts, tag merchandise and liaise with inventory control.
  • Update and maintain client records using the boutique CRM; prepare client communications and appointment follow-ups.
  • Support boutique events and private client appointments, including logistics, set-up and on-site guest service.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting sales activity and coordinating with the store management team to ensure operational continuity.

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in a university degree programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) — student status required.
  • Availability to work part-time (typically up to 20 hours per week) with flexibility for weekend and evening shifts.
  • Excellent interpersonal presentation and a strong client-service mindset appropriate to a luxury environment.
  • Right to work in Germany and ability to commute to the Hamburg boutique.

Experience

Enrolled in a university-level programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) — ideally in fashion, business, marketing or a related discipline.
