Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage strategic wholesale accounts across Istanbul and surrounding regions, ensuring alignment with Chanel’s brand positioning and commercial objectives.
  • Drive sales performance through category planning, merchandising directives, promotional execution and tailored client recommendations to maximize sell-through and margin.
  • Act as the primary commercial liaison between wholesale partners and Chanel’s regional teams, coordinating product launches, inventory allocation and visual merchandising standards.
  • Deliver regular performance analysis, sales forecasting and actionable recommendations to territory leadership to inform assortment and distribution strategy.
  • Provide in-market training and product education to wholesale partners and their sales teams to reinforce brand DNA and ensure consistent client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven success managing wholesale or key accounts within luxury cosmetics, perfume or prestige retail channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable ability to grow revenue, manage margin and influence assortment decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with senior retail partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and adherence to brand standards in all client interactions.

Experience

Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in wholesale or key account roles within luxury beauty, cosmetics, or prestige retail, with a documented record of driving revenue and managing distributor or multi-store relationships.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
