Chanel seeks a Wholesale Beauty Advisor in Izmir to manage wholesale accounts, drive beauty sales and ensure brand standards across retail partners.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of wholesale accounts in the Izmir region, ensuring achievement of sales targets and margin objectives.
- Execute Chanel beauty product launches, commercial plans and promotional activities in partnership with distributors and retail partners.
- Maintain Chanel merchandising and visual standards across wholesale points of sale; conduct regular store visits and audits.
- Deliver product and sales training to retail teams and wholesale partners to elevate product knowledge and selling skills.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key account stakeholders; negotiate commercial terms and contracts as required.
- Monitor inventory, forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain and distribution to ensure stock availability.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, market insights and competitive analysis to regional management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in wholesale or trade sales within the beauty or luxury cosmetics sector.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation skills and experience implementing trade promotions.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to train and influence retail teams.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the region.

Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in wholesale or distributor-facing roles within the beauty or luxury cosmetics industry, with proven responsibility for account development and sales performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field preferred.
