Chanel is hiring a Watches and Fine Jewelry Advisor in Seoul — specialist role for high-value timepieces and jewelry, focused on clienteling and sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, bespoke client service and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalized follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets for watches and fine jewelry through consultative selling and upselling of high-value items.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge in horology and gemology to advise clients on provenance, materials, movement, and care.
- Manage high-value inventory and stock movements in accordance with security, insurance and internal control procedures.
- Conduct merchandising and visual presentation to brand guidelines, ensuring windows and display cases reflect current collections and campaigns.
- Coordinate appointments, private viewings, and in-store events for VIP clients and collaborate with marketing and client services teams.
- Process transactions accurately using boutique systems and ensure meticulous documentation for warranties, repairs and after-sales service.
- Train and mentor junior boutique staff on product knowledge, sales techniques and compliance with loss-prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with a focus on watches and/or fine jewelry.
- Solid understanding of horology and gemology; formal training or certification (e.g., gemology diploma, watchmaking course) is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to manage high-net-worth clients and deliver private, discreet service.
- Strong numeracy and experience handling high-value transactions with attention to compliance and security.
- Fluent interpersonal skills with polished presentation and professional appearance appropriate to a luxury maison.

Experience
Minimum three years of direct sales experience within luxury watches or fine jewelry, ideally within an international or haute-luxe boutique environment, with a verifiable record of meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma required; vocational or certified training in gemology, watchmaking or luxury retail management preferred.
