Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, consultative sales for Chanel watches and fine jewelry at the Saks New York location, meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a high-value client portfolio through proactive outreach, bespoke clienteling and personalised after-sales follow-up.
- Provide authoritative product knowledge across haute horlogerie and high jewellery, advising clients on provenance, technical specifications and care.
- Manage inventory and stock control procedures, including receiving, tagging, reconciliation and loss-prevention protocols in coordination with store and brand operations.
- Execute brand-directed visual merchandising and boutique standards within the Saks environment to maximise product presentation and conversion.
- Support and represent the brand at trunk shows, private viewings and client events; liaise with the Saks events team and Chanel regional management.
- Ensure compliance with Chanel policies, retailer agreements and luxury retail best practices, including client data confidentiality and secure handling of high-value items.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail selling watches or fine jewelry, with demonstrated ability to close high-value transactions.
- Exceptional clienteling and relationship-management skills, with sensitivity to high-net-worth client expectations.
- Strong product acumen or demonstrable capacity to rapidly assimilate technical horology and jewellery knowledge.
- Impeccable presentation, professional discretion and reliability when handling valuable merchandise.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.

Experience
Minimum three years of direct sales experience in luxury watches or fine jewelry, preferably within a flagship boutique or premium department store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field or formal training in jewellery/watchmaking or luxury retail is preferred.
