Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences and private consultations for Chanel's watch and fine jewellery collections.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive client acquisition, retention and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain authoritative product knowledge across haute horlogerie, gemology and watch technicalities; liaise with in-house watchmakers and after-sales teams for service and repairs.
  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with VIP clients, managing appointments, follow-ups and bespoke requests via CRM.
  • Execute and uphold Chanel visual merchandising standards, ensuring presentation, displays and windows reflect brand guidelines.
  • Operate POS, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling and sales documentation in compliance with company procedures.
  • Carry out inventory control tasks including receiving, stock reconciliation and loss-prevention measures.
  • Support private events, trunk shows and client experiences; coordinate with regional teams to deliver a seamless luxury service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' proven retail experience in luxury watches or fine jewellery, with a demonstrable sales record.
  • Deep product knowledge or demonstrable aptitude for haute horlogerie and high-jewellery expertise.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to build sustained relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends; impeccable attention to detail and adherence to security procedures.
  • High school diploma required; tertiary qualification in luxury management, retail or related discipline preferred.
