Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the selection of watches and fine jewelry, ensuring a personalized and exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings and brand heritage to effectively communicate with clients.
- Support sales initiatives and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Assist in the organization of in-store events and promotions.
- Ensure the visual merchandising of watches and fine jewelry meets brand standards.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Chinese and English.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches or fine jewelry.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.
