Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience to high-net-worth customers at the Rodeo Drive boutique, cultivating long-term relationships and trust.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of haute horlogerie and high jewelry, advising clients on technical specifications, provenance and styling.
- Drive sales and meet individual and store targets through consultative selling, private appointments and clienteling initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute private viewings, trunk shows and client events in collaboration with the store management and corporate client services.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards including visual merchandising, product rotation, display maintenance and window dressing.
- Manage inventory, process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, and support after-sales service logistics (warranty, repairs, servicing).
- Ensure compliance with security, loss prevention and internal control procedures specific to high-value merchandise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in luxury watch or high-jewelry retail, preferably within an internationally recognised maison.
- Proven sales track record with ability to build and retain a high-value client book.
- Polished, professional presentation and impeccable interpersonal skills; strong discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
- Comprehensive product literacy in watches and precious jewellery; familiarity with horology terminology and gemstone knowledge preferred.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and luxury retail peak periods; valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Experience
At least 3 years of direct experience selling luxury watches and/or high jewelry in a boutique environment, with a verifiable record of achieving sales targets and developing a high-net-worth client base.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail, luxury management, gemology or horology is preferred.
