Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and expert advice on Chanel watches and fine jewellery to high-net-worth clients, guiding selection and purchase decisions.
- Proactively develop and maintain a bespoke client portfolio through appointment setting, targeted outreach, and meticulous clienteling to maximise repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, cross-selling and effective negotiation.
- Provide detailed product presentations, explain technical features of timepieces and provenance of gemstones, and communicate after-sales care and servicing procedures.
- Coordinate with after-sales service, watchmakers and internal teams to manage repairs, servicing, and bespoke requests while ensuring strict confidentiality and client satisfaction.
- Manage stockroom activities and inventory control for watches and fine jewellery, ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Support in-store merchandising, window presentation and store events to enhance product visibility and brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in luxury watches and/or fine jewellery, preferably within an international maison or high-end jeweller.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and sell to high-net-worth and culturally diverse clients while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
- Professional training or certification in gemology, horology, or related fields is preferred.
- Fluent spoken communication and polished interpersonal presentation; multilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Legal right to work in Macao SAR.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of direct experience in luxury watch and/or fine jewellery retail, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification in gemology or horology preferred.
