Warehouse Clerk
Chanel in Candiac is hiring a Warehouse Clerk (Commis d'entrepôt) to manage receiving, inventory and shipping for its logistics hub.

Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and accurately record incoming shipments; verify quantities against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Pick, pack and prepare outbound orders for shipment in accordance with Chanel’s quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, stock reconciliations and adjustments in the warehouse management system.
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklifts if certified) safely and in compliance with Health & Safety protocols.
- Label, tag and store merchandise following established stock rotation and security procedures appropriate for luxury goods.
- Prepare and complete shipping documentation, liaise with carriers and coordinate scheduled dispatches.
- Escalate inventory discrepancies, damages or quality issues to the logistics supervisor and assist in investigations.
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physically demanding tasks including regular lifting and prolonged standing.
- Forklift certificate and prior experience operating powered industrial trucks considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and a disciplined approach to handling high-value merchandise.
- Ability to follow standardized procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution or retail stockroom environment preferred. Experience with luxury goods or fashion logistics is an advantage.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
