Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the International Visual Merchandising Marketing team for the Watch and Jewelry Division.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as the Décor/PLV Creation Studio, Marketing, and Regional teams to address market needs.
  • Manage Visual Merchandising projects and update the Visual Merchandising Tools Book.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses following each product launch and Visual Merchandising event worldwide.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and reports to enhance market support.
  • Update and monitor the deployment of Visual Merchandising strategies for each market, including annual plan synthesis.
  • Oversee PLV offerings and create guidelines for new PLV and Décor launches.
  • Participate in the creation of Visual Merchandising Guidelines for markets, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Regularly perform competitive analysis and develop reports highlighting industry best practices.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoices and the distribution of visuals and samples to markets.
  • Respond to market inquiries and coordinate service events such as seminars and team-building activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business school or a master's in marketing.
  • Previous experience in point-of-sale marketing or Visual Merchandising, including international project coordination.

Skills

Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail. Dynamic and results-oriented approach. Excellent interpersonal skills for managing numerous interfaces. Proficiency in English and computer tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

Ideally, candidates should have initial experience in point-of-sale marketing or Visual Merchandising, with exposure to international project coordination.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in business or marketing.
