Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment of the 2026/2027 Visual Merchandising plan, ensuring market-specific implementation plans, sample management, production oversight, and post-installation feedback compilation.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses following each global boutique launch and Visual Merchandising animation.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and reports to enhance market support.
- Update and monitor the annual Visual Merchandising deployment for each market, synthesizing annual plans by market.
- Oversee Point of Sale Materials (PLV) offerings and create guidelines for new decor launches.
- Participate in the creation of Visual Merchandising guidelines for markets, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and produce reports highlighting industry best practices.
- Manage PLV logistics, including shipments, stock monitoring, and preparation for in-store tests.
- Serve as a key contact for operational support in the deployment of various Visual Merchandising assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business or marketing from a recognized institution.
- Ideally, prior experience in point-of-sale marketing or Visual Merchandising, including international project coordination.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in marketing at the point of sale or Visual Merchandising, with a focus on international project coordination, is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business or marketing.
