Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the boutique Visual Merchandising team in the execution of seasonal window displays and in-store visual campaigns.
  • Dress mannequins, arrange product presentations and install props in strict accordance with Chanel visual guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain display materials, props and merchandising kits; ensure storage and inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with store management and sales teams to schedule installations with minimal disruption to client service.
  • Document completed installations (photography and report) and provide feedback to the VM lead; assist with ad-hoc set-up and shop floor refreshes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in visual merchandising, fashion, interior or set design, or a related discipline.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with a meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of luxury presentation standards.
  • Physical ability to perform hands-on installation work (lifting, bending, working at height on ladders) and comfortable with manual tasks.
  • Ability to follow strict brand guidelines, work under direction, and adapt quickly to changing briefs.
  • Professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury boutique environment and readiness to collaborate with sales teams.

Experience

Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or diploma in visual merchandising, fashion design, interior design, scenography or a related field.
