Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique Visual Merchandising lead in implementing Chanel global VM directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Execute window installations, in-store displays and floor moves to the brand’s visual standards, including mannequin dressing and prop placement.
- Maintain and organise VM kits, props and display materials; coordinate logistics for installations and dismantling.
- Ensure daily upkeep of visual standards on the sales floor, including merchandising of display units and product presentation.
- Liaise with boutique management, sales teams and regional VM staff to schedule installations and adapt concepts to the store footprint.
- Assist with photo shoots or in-store events when required and provide administrative support for VM documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in visual merchandising, fashion, retail design or a related discipline.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with a clear understanding of proportion, colour and luxury presentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity for display assembly and mannequin styling.
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple short deadlines during campaign installs.
- Professional demeanour suited to a luxury retail environment and ability to work collaboratively with sales teams.
Skills
Experience
Internship-level role; coursework or prior retail/VM internships preferred. Some hands-on experience with boutique environments or seasonal display installs is advantageous.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, Interior Design or related field.
