Chanel seeks a Visitor Host in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland to welcome and guide guests at its site, representing the brand’s watchmaking heritage.

Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and register visitors to the site in a manner that reflects Chanel’s standards of discretion and hospitality.
- Conduct informative, brand-aligned guided tours and presentations focused on craftsmanship, product heritage and watchmaking processes as applicable.
- Manage visitor logistics including scheduling, reception area presentation, security checks and coordination with internal teams (PR, security, production).
- Ensure confidentiality and site safety by enforcing access rules, escorting guests where required, and reporting incidents promptly.
- Prepare and maintain visitor areas and supporting materials (brochures, displays, demo objects), ensuring immaculate presentation at all times.
- Handle enquiries professionally, providing tailored information to clients, press and partners and escalating specialist questions to subject-matter experts.
- Record visitor data and feedback accurately and update internal systems or reservation tools as required.
- Support special events or client visits, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver elevated guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Professional poise and proven experience in hospitality, guest relations or retail within a premium or luxury environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to address diverse international audiences.
- Strong organisational capability with meticulous attention to presentation, timeliness and procedural compliance.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality in a high-profile brand context.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekend hours to accommodate visitor programmes and events.
- Prior exposure to watchmaking, jewellery, luxury fashion or museum/heritage interpretation is an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a guest-facing role — ideally within luxury retail, hospitality, museum interpretation or a brand visitor centre — is required. Experience with high-profile or VIP visits and familiarity with watchmaking or jewellery contexts is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education; vocational training in hospitality, languages or cultural heritage is a plus.
