Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily transport operations for the fashion division: coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and monitor carrier performance.
- Track deliveries end‑to‑end and update internal systems with shipment status, exceptions and estimated arrival times.
- Prepare and verify transport and customs documentation (CMR, airway bills, commercial invoices) in collaboration with customs and freight partners.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (merchandising, warehouse, retail teams) and external partners (carriers, customs brokers) to resolve operational issues.
- Contribute to transport process improvement initiatives and small projects to optimise routes, costs and delivery lead times.
- Compile and maintain operational KPIs and periodic reports for the transport team.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised Bachelor or Master programme in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management, International Trade or equivalent.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
- Comfortable working with data and preparing routine operational reports.

Experience
Previous internship or coursework in transport, logistics or supply chain is preferred; interest in the fashion industry and practical exposure to carrier coordination or warehouse operations is an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management, International Trade or a related discipline.
