Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating translation and localization projects for fragrance and beauty product launches, marketing campaigns and packaging.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (marketing, regulatory, legal, packaging) to gather source assets and validate project requirements.
- Manage relationships with external language vendors and agencies: issue briefs, follow up on delivery schedules and track invoices.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: schedules, trackers, style guides, glossaries and QA reports.
- Perform linguistic quality checks and in‑context reviews; report and track required corrections with vendors and teams.
- Support uploading and downloading of files in CAT/localization platforms and ensure correct file formatting for DTP and packaging workflows.
- Monitor project timelines and escalate risks to ensure on‑time delivery for launches and regulatory deadlines.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, minutes, and project status reporting.
Qualifications
- Native or near‑native French and professional proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in translation, languages, localization, communications, marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and demonstrable linguistic sensitivity for brand tone and terminology.
- Good interpersonal skills, discretion handling confidential product information, and a collaborative mindset.

Experience
Internship-level role: applicants should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant programme. Previous internships or coursework in translation, localization, marketing or the beauty industry are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Translation, Languages, Localization, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
