Chanel Paris seeks a Traffic Acquisition Project Assistant (Alternance) for Parfums Beauté Europe — work‑study starting Sept 2026, based in Paris.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of traffic acquisition campaigns across search, social and programmatic channels for Parfums Beauté Europe.
- Assist in coordinating campaigns across three European divisions, liaising with internal marketing, e‑commerce, CRM and external agency partners.
- Produce regular performance reports and dashboards, monitor KPIs (traffic, CAC, ROAS), and flag anomalies or optimisation opportunities.
- Help implement and validate tracking, tagging and attribution setups in collaboration with Analytics/IT (e.g., GTM, pixels, server‑side tags).
- Contribute to A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation initiatives and document learnings for roll‑out across markets.
- Support budget tracking, campaign calendars and the administrative workflow for media buys and invoices.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E‑commerce, Business or equivalent (alternance/work‑study eligible).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a data‑oriented approach to optimisation.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management skills; proven ability to coordinate across teams and agencies.
- Fluent in French and professional working proficiency in English.
- Right to work in France for the full duration of the alternance contract.

Experience
Previous internship experience in digital acquisition, e‑commerce, or a digital agency is preferred but not mandatory; practical exposure to paid media campaigns and tracking implementations is an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communication or related field (alternance/work‑study eligible).
