Role & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate brand visibility and preferential placements with key department store partners.
  • Plan and execute the annual and seasonal promotional calendar in alignment with product launches and global marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies to maximize product turnover and brand presence.
  • Organize and coordinate brand events, in-store activations, and consumer experiences.
  • Conduct market, trend, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing within luxury, beauty, or retail sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing department store accounts or multi-brand portfolios.
