Trade Marketing Coordinator
Chanel Mexico City seeks a Trade Marketing Coordinator to drive retail activations, POS execution and campaign performance for the local market.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of trade marketing and retail activation calendars across the Mexico market.
- Coordinate production and distribution of point-of-sale materials, visual merchandising elements and in-store campaigns to ensure brand consistency.
- Liaise between regional marketing, local sales teams and boutique managers to align campaign timing, stock availability and promotional mechanics.
- Prepare campaign briefs, timelines and implementation guides for retail teams and external suppliers.
- Monitor sell-in / sell-out performance and produce regular commercial reporting and post-campaign analyses.
- Manage project budgets, purchase orders and supplier relationships for local marketing activities.
- Deliver training and communication to boutique staff on promotional tools, product launches and merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements in all retail communications and activations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in trade marketing, retail marketing or merchandising — preferably within luxury goods, premium beauty or fashion.
- Strong project-management capability with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Fluent Spanish with professional working proficiency in English; experience working in bilingual environments preferred.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Typically 2–4 years of hands-on experience in trade or retail marketing, preferably within luxury, beauty or premium consumer goods, with demonstrated success in executing retail activations and supporting boutique teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
