Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the European Trade Marketing team in planning and executing in-store activations, point-of-sale campaigns and brand merchandising for Perfumes & Beauty.
  • Coordinate materials and timelines with product, retail and regional sales teams to ensure consistent implementation across European markets.
  • Prepare retail toolkits, merchandising guidelines, sell-in presentations and launch briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track project budgets, monitor roll-out status and consolidate performance feedback and sell-through data for post-activation analysis.
  • Liaise with creative agencies, display vendors and logistics partners to follow-up on production and delivery of POS assets.
  • Produce clear, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports for team meetings and cross-functional reviews.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business, Luxury Brand Management or a related discipline (required for alternance).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities; attention to detail and visual sensibility appropriate for a luxury beauty brand.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort handling basic commercial data and drawing actionable conclusions.
  • A genuine interest in beauty, fragrance and luxury retail environments; previous internship experience in marketing or retail is an advantage.

Experience
