Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial performance across an assigned territory of boutiques by setting and delivering sales targets, KPIs and growth plans.
  • Coach, develop and evaluate store management teams to ensure consistent execution of brand standards, clienteling and service rituals.
  • Implement merchandising and visual directives to maintain brand presentation and product integrity across stores.
  • Manage inventory, replenishment and stock rotation to optimise availability while minimising shrinkage.
  • Own territory-level P&L accountability, forecasting, budget adherence and promotional activity execution.
  • Drive client acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging CRM and personalised client service programs.
  • Analyse market dynamics and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to regional leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with Chanel policies, local regulations and luxury retail best practices in operations and store administration.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in luxury or premium retail with multi-unit responsibility and demonstrable sales results.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts and territory P&L.
  • Exceptional people management skills: coaching, talent development and performance management of store teams.
  • Advanced retail operations knowledge including inventory control, visual merchandising and CRM-driven clienteling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in French with strong English proficiency is highly desirable given the Quebec market.
  • Availability for frequent travel within the assigned territory and flexible scheduling to support retail operations.

Experience

Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail, including demonstrable success managing multiple stores or a geographic territory and meeting sales targets.

Education
