Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and maintain Chanel’s standards of discretion and professionalism on the sales floor.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and appointment management to maximise lifetime value.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods and fragrance to guide client purchases and upsell appropriately.
  • Execute visual merchandising and presentation directives to ensure the boutique reflects seasonal concept and brand aesthetic.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, manage returns and exchanges, and maintain cash-handling and POS integrity.
  • Support stock management activities: receive deliveries, perform stock counts, replenish floor stock and communicate inventory needs to management.
  • Contribute to meeting store sales targets and KPIs; participate in promotional events and private client appointments as required.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, compliance and service procedures while representing the brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver a high level of personalised customer service in a retail environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, poise and a service-oriented demeanour appropriate to a luxury environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
  • Professional presentation and an appreciation for luxury brand standards and visual detail.

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably within high-end or luxury fashion. Prior boutique or brand experience is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or sales is advantageous.
