Chanel is hiring a Temporary Fashion Advisor for its Zorlu boutique in Istanbul — client-focused sales role at Chanel, Istanbul.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-touch, personalised client experience to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise client retention.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client outreach, servicing appointments and in-store conversion.
  • Provide expert product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories and leather goods; advise clients on styling and product selection.
  • Maintain boutique standards of presentation, visual merchandising and housekeeping in line with Chanel guidelines.
  • Execute clienteling activities including CRM updates, follow-up communications and appointment scheduling.
  • Support stock management tasks: receive, organise and reconcile merchandise; assist with inventory and transfers.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash, card and workshop transactions with accuracy and discretion.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team on events, private appointments and promotional initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury or premium retail sales; prior boutique or brand experience preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric, service-first orientation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet sales objectives under boutique KPIs.
  • Fluency in Turkish and professional working knowledge of English to engage international clientele.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak seasonal periods; professional grooming and presentation.

Experience

Preferably 1+ year of retail experience within a luxury or premium fashion environment, with demonstrable sales results and client-development activity.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
